The proposal looks at providing a mixed-use scheme which integrates well with its emerging context and improves the public realm around. This will be achieved by providing much needed housing and retaining existing brewery on the ground floor levels.

The inclusion of a 45-degree chamfer from the first floor upwards ensures there is no impeding on daylight/sunlight of existing properties, while the use of orientated windows/louvres also guarantees that there will be no possibility of direct overlooking into adjacent building.
