This site was an existing 2 storey office building which needed complete renovation, a minute’s walk from Uxbridge centre, within a conservation area and adjacent to the Grade II Listed Randall’s building that recently underwent re-development. WP purchased this site and redeveloped it into a mixed-use scheme consisting of 6000sqft of Grade A office space and 8 residential flats above. Most of the original structure was retained in an effort to limit the development’s carbon footprint, whilst we also maximised the use of renewable energy, with all heating and cooling within the development provided by a ground source heat pump which in turn is powered by 50 solar panels on the roof.
