This project comprises the redevelopment of a designated opportunity site as part of the LB Sutton Local Plan. Working with PA Housing WP analysed the feasibility of the site for a residential building of 10+ storeys with retail at ground floor level. The site was then acquired and planning has now been gained for 113 affordable units across 20 storeys which are set to deliver net carbon zero.
