The site historically formed part of a farmstead. It was converted to a commercial nursery in the 1960s, but has been vacant for approximately 20 years.
Existing barns and their original timber structure are being reused and restored. The proposals are for a 4 bedroom domestic houses with open ground floor spaces and gallery-style staircase.
The design is respectful to its context and also looks at the landscape in between the barns.
