The heart of the hotel undergone significant recent investment with substantial refurbishment to both public spaces and hotel rooms. Therefore central to clients brief is the ability to maintain the core of the hotel whilst causing minimal disruption to its functionality.

Our approach focused on delivering a programme of spaces that will fulfil the clients aspirations whilst leaving the core of the hotel predominantly untouched. This principle will safeguard the hotels ability to remain open during the majority of the construction program thus protecting staff and jobs.

The development will enhance the Roslins offering by introducing 44 new hotel rooms, spa facility, new wedding venue, extended back of house servicing, improvement to parking and existing hotel fabric as well as outdoor restaurant facilities.
