This project involved a complete refurbishment of a Semi-detached Victorian House in Barnes together with a rear extension, roof dormers and a full basement. It required separate planning submissions to negotiate rights for permitted development and full planning.

The new kitchen and dining area is split off from the basement snug and games room by a timber and glass staircase. Walk-on roof lights and mirror shafts bring natural day light into the depths of the basement.
