RHP purchased this 2 storey office building with permitted development for 8 flats. Their brief to WP was to see what the site could achieve – within the context of an adjacent conservation area, train track, bridge and busy road.
The result is a 100% social 6 storey scheme that will deliver 23 much needed affordable apartments to the locality and which will significantly enhance the public realm & surrounding streetscape.
WP have seen the project through from concept to on site construction. The project team having to deal with a very tight site, Network Rail Bridge and adjacent track and Thames water sewer that runs under the site. The project is due for completion in 2021.
