This project consists of the redevelopment of a site close to Wembley Stadium. It entails demolition of and existing office building and construction of a new four- to seven-storey mixed use building with full basement level, commercial space at ground floor and 40 new residential flats above.
WP were appointed by the client to rework the consented planning scheme by others to improve the projects buildability and develop the technical design to construction. WP submitted material amendment and detailed condition applications to gain approval for the necessary changes. The project is currently on site with completion due in 2024.
