The design for this tower maintains our focus on community and wellbeing. At 14 stories, the tower is far taller than surrounding developments, thus required wide public and planning consultation. Its design quality was critical in gaining the recommendation for planning approval with general agreement that it will be a new landmark building in its immediate locality with the potential to significantly enhance the public realm that it overlooks and help to breathe new life into the local community. WP took this project through from concept through construction with the project completed in 2017.
