The proposal seeks to provide co-Living accommodation and co-working for the young creative community. Co-living Residential accommodation will be flexible and adaptable for both ‘house share’ tenant and families with children alike. Co-working space will take the form of flexible studios / workshops which will front out onto Goulton road providing some much needed active frontage. These uses will share a central courtyard arrangement.
