This development site was purchased from Network Rail and at the time was a semi derelict squat that was an eyesore within the local community. As such our development on this site had the potential to transform the junction on which the site sits, adjacent to Streatham Common station, and lift the whole area around the site. As such the existing derelict building was demolished and replaced with a 4-storey mixed use scheme that provided a new landmark on the junction. The ground floor commercial unit was leased to a lovely Deli, which adds real value to the local community, with 9 flats build above, all of which were sold off plan prior to the completion of the development in December 2021.
