The site was formerly an employment-generating use and the provision of office accommodation on this brownfield site in a highly sustainable location would enhance the town centre.
The site while derelict has a great deal of character the revised proposals seek to retain some of the existing buildings and the former use as a timber yard have informed the aesthetics of the revised proposals.
The narrow section of the site is an industrial use between two rows of residential gardens, through the landscaping proposals we would look to create a planted passage that would improve the outlook from the neighbouring residential properties.
