Located adjacent Metropolitan Open Land and within a conservation area, the proposals minimise the impact on the sites trees, flora and fauna in order to preserve habitats, privacy and the character of the area.
Off site manufacture will be utilised in order to decrease the construction impact and cutting edge environmental systems employed to ensure minimal day to day impact on its surroundings.
