We won a competition to develop a scheme for the charity Veterans’ Aid to renovate and extend their hostel in East London. The charity aims to come to the aid of veterans in crisis, fostering comradeship and mutual support; they want their building to engender this spirit.

We helped them develop a scheme from an ambitious brief and timescale, enabling VA to gain a recommendation in principle from the council, a pre-requisite in their bid for public funding.
