This residential site specific proposal is arranged around a central green courtyard with a series of stepped marionettes and houses.

The front volume building line is set back to align with the adjacent houses building line. This creates a semi-private space between the building and the street.

A central green space between the two volumes encourages social interaction and activity while providing privacy screens between the two private elements.

The rear volume sets parallel to the existing apartment block, maximising the distance between volumes.
