Wimshurst Pelleriti secures Planning Consent for 86 unit residential scheme in Hainault

At a Planning Committee meeting last night, the London Borough of Redbridge gave approval for a scheme which includes 52 three- and four-bedroom townhouses for private sale and 34 affordable apartments in low-rise blocks at the Capital Gate site.

Capital Gate is vacant private commercial site located on North End Road, Hainault, London. The site is approximated 1 hectare and is a designated opportunity site within Redbridge local plan. It is well situated being within 7 minutes walk to Hainault Underground Station. The existing building comprises two storeys plus basement.

Wimshurst Pelleriti have been working with Medina Capital to develop a proposal for the site which responds to the clients needs as well as the local area and character.

The proposal is to create a new high quality residential neighbourhood, within a townhouse-lead development. The proposals comprise family sized townhouses and a single apartment building providing 1, 2 and 3 bed homes.
