The scheme looks at a rooftop extension to the existing historical apartment house in the centre of Buenos Aires.

The concept is based on a modular principle of lightweight construction which would allow to easily extend current residential provision on site.

The scheme’s intention is to work with the local climate and be sympathetic to the context by stepping and modulation of the facade.
